Brand Architecture: Penn State Stationery

University Stationery is one of Penn State’s most formal means of communications, and having established design formats for these items is necessary for maintaining institution-wide brand consistency.

All university units, including programs, centers and institutes administratively aligned with Penn State, will use official university stationery that includes letterhead, envelopes and business cards. University stationery may be ordered for department use, or by individuals who have received approval from their department. Stationery orders may be placed by those who have an official connection with the University,  and one must be conducting official University business in order to use Penn State stationery. 

Electronic letterhead is available and should be used for electronic communications only.  Do not print electronic letterhead on office printers in an effort to replicate university stationery.
